What is Grief Yoga®?

Feel to Heal provides Individual & Group Grief Yoga® services to help those struggling with their grief to:

  • Honor their loved ones who have passed

  • Access their own emotions and struggles within their grief journey

  • Move through their pain using movement, breath & sound

  • Connect to more love and healing in their lives.

Connection, the third stage of a Grief Yoga® Class, helps us connect back with our heart as well as themes of empowerment, grace & love

Surrender, the fourth stage, helps us soften and ease down in the body and includes a brief savasana that allows us to soak in our heart-led work from the class
